Day Two - Job Analysis

  5. Differentiate top performers from candidates who have potential and those who are high-risk

Day Three - Certification
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Presentations by participants
Matching and selecting top performing candidates. Participants will assess a variety of job candidates against a job profile using the model created on Day Two and make recommendations to a mock client for selection and coaching.

Tuition: $1495 includes registration fee for up to two people from each organization plus:
